All of Bubba's markets except maybe Richmod use Personal People Meters. Survey participants wear a half dollar sized meter that picks up an inaudible signal from whatever radio station they are listen to. Sample size should represent the local market.

Well I was going to say, Richmond using PPM and not picking up the weakass signal would be somewhat of a half assed excuse but there goes that.

Although really, this can be manipulated just like the diaries.

Similar to the way they pick diary participants. Not sure how they can do it but a proper survey of 600 people nationwide can predict a presidential election.
