West is mediocre!! Anyone in concert usually sounds good cuz the environment!! Walsh was petty good!!

But put them against KK Downing or Eddie or Randy Rhodes or Kirk or ??? many others!! No comparison I don't think!!

Who was bad as hell is Michael Schenkner!! That mofo was/is prolly the best guitarist ever!!

Just listen to his learning CD's!! He is amazing!! I don't play guitar but....

His bro aint bad either!!

Good point! I've been playing for a little over twenty years and some of my favorites are David Gilmore, Mark Knopfler, Satriani, and too many more to mention. I think my favorite though is Zakk Wylde just because of his style and shear power.

Have you ever heard the Learn to play metal by Schenker?? He is like slow slow slow..then like it sounds like this lekienen!! LOL it is pretty fuckin good!!

Satriani is more like Santana to me!! Who was also great!! Although a lot of Metal players
follow or learne by Satriana...like Kirk... Who I would say is prolly the fastest player I've ever seen!
