you take a state like maybe Cal right you pays in more federal money then they recieve pay for cops and pot holes for a state like Alaska or WV whom get back more then they pay in

What a person pays in for wheel tax, inspections tags, and licenicing your ride should pay for all of those services. and if they are not there would lie the problem

Point blank ....cause the system is fucked and politicians lobby the federal govt
for money they don't deserve to go to their state .Then they use being able to say
that they got their constituents this or that to get them reelected to continue the cycle.
The fact is if your state has been run into the ground ,because you elect people who
just want the job so they can game the system themselves,rather than someone who will tell the truth and make the tough choices .Your state should fail...
