Adding to the list of "Top Ten Reasons Why I Need Another Job", I just got an email from our COO (that's Chief Operating Officer, 2nd most powerful person in our company). Guess what he's concerned with?

He wants reports emailed to him on a weekly basis on the top 10 web users at each of our companies. That's right, he wants to know - personally - who is surfing the web and where they are going.

To give you an idea, he also watches the video cameras on the web every day to see when people come in and when they leave for the day.

Kill me now.
