My wife just picked up three packs of the dinner rolls, love making mini turkey and ham sandwiches while watching football

I always use butter, honey and pineapple juice for my hams and top with the pineapple slices while cooking. So good!

But I don't think 3 hrs at 225 for a decent size RAW UNCURED ham is nearly enough time.

I agree with you 100%. I'm doing a pre cooked picnic shoulder ham and it's going on the smoker for a minimum of 4 hours @ 250, six hours is what I will probably settle at.

No, I'm a few weeks behind at the moment. I plan on getting caught back up on Friday. Hey did you see your boy D. Rose exit early once again. That dude is cursed.

Just looked at the ham we got, fucker is 13 lbs. Gonna get it cooking early in the morning. Might even do it later tonight to just get it done.

That's a lot of ham.

No room for ham this year, way too much other stuff to eat. The dogs usually get the ham anyway.

Love the ham and beans made later though. Like maybe on Sunday.
