Hey Ch3. Could you predict that PSU will suffer the same penalty as the Catholic church? Which would be nothing happens, maybe hide some people, give them severance and call it a day.

I understand you pointing out the Cleary law for me, but many trucking outfits should know their rules and regulations and some choose to ignore them, until the DOT or State Police come for an audit. Then they have to show they can start doing it right. Maybe a bad comparison, but it's all I could think of.

The difference between the two cases to me is that PSU doesn't have nearly the national and international clout and resources of the catholic church. If you're a politician from, say, Illinois and you start trying to take potshots at the catholic church you run the risk of alienating a large part of your electorate. But that same politician can take shots at PSU all day and probably not piss off any of his electorate.

And these aren't minor oversights in terms of regulations. This would be like if the DOT audited a trucking company and the company's response was "why would we need to keep logbooks?"
