Hey Lerch: Good point. First of all, Google has preference to Twitter posts, so if he had really bombarded Social Media as he stated, the name James Valva more prominent on the search. His actual Twitter account is pretty inactive. https://twitter.com/isles919191 There's only one tweet. But he did fool them, I'll give him that. BTLS doesn't dig like they used to on old shows.

Maybe they have stress we don't know about. Yesterday I have a recorded clip of Bubba saying that radioIO is going to cancel him.

I just don't see how it can provide enough material for two hours unless you have some sort of debate/difference of opinion. Everyone raving about things will get boring.

There was only one show prior to take as a model and it was years ago on another service with another host and a totally different feel to everything. Then again, most likely being only one or two shows, it might not be an issue, but who knows. There's a reason Spice was always hesitant when it was brought up.

I agree Chob. If fans want to do a show then they need to pick someone who can host and the participants need to do some show prep like any other show. It won't work if Bubba just calls up people and they show up empty handed. These SuperFans, if they are really SuperFans, will be the ones willing to at least make that attempt.

I was the dude who (allegedly) got caught smoking a doobie by Pantera. At first, I didn't cop to it, but then I was like... fuck it. They had some free icehouse beers and I was feeling like... high/paranoid or something, so I drank 'em and poured some Fein in there. I just found this forum.

Perhaps another idea would be to have a show like an hour or so with just Bubba Idol people? It seems to me these are the most prepared people right now, and turn it into teams and have you vote each other out or in. Blatant rip off of reality tv, but I think it can work, and be funny. Good Luck.

Hey guys, James Valva here. I was the guy on the show yesterday for Bubba Idol. Been following these boards for a while, thought I'd register and just make a quick post.

-First of all I'm way too green to be on Bubba's Show at the moment. I know this. My goal is to get a job doing something else, and working on my ultimate goal on getting on the air. I can't make this any more clear. My video sucked balls-I admit it. But when I realized I fucked up, I had to keep going and think of a way to at least put myself into the conversation (and I did). I don't quit. I was very honest on the debriefing show in saying it wasn't my video, or talent that got me that many votes-but my work. And I stand behind that statement. And yes there are MANY people who are fucking stupid enough to vote for somebody (without looking at videos)-just because the person who retweeted it is a celebrity/well-known.

-I did not cheat for the voting. We were told that the top six winners going to receive an email, and that email I got somehow winded up in my spam folder. The only reason why I ever opened up that twitter account was for the contest, so I deleted all of the contest related posts, and most of my others too, when I thought I was out of the contest. That's why the only tweet I have on my page is a response (I deleted the tweet I sent).

-I still DO have messages on my email that I sent/received with people who retweeted me for the contest (see the image/link above), with them saying something quick about it or whatever-and that's my proof about the twitter. If you listen to the debriefing show I get into it with Pantera.

Anyways I understand what type of show Bubba's is-been listening for about 12 years now, and I'm just trying to get my foot in the door in the industry/business. I was 100% honest on the air.
