Typically radio show sidekicks would clamor for the opportunity to do the show while the host is out. But at IO, I think it is more their style to say "fuck yeah, we don't have to work this afternoon".

Doesn't seem to be a whole lot of motivation to put on good product going around at IO. No one seems to give a flying fuck..from the top down.

Most radio shows have other people fill in. I've never even heard of a replay of a radio show until Sirius.
