I am curious because we all used to have a laptop or two at home, but do you give out your guest or personal wep password so everyone you know or your kids know connect and watch the shared video thru a phone?

I buy games online and download them. Combine full installs, patches, updates, and regular Internet usage, you will break that limit.
When I'm done with a game for a while I'll remove it from my hd and redownload it later when I want to play it again. My game saves and other data are stored on cloud servers.

I will break that cap frequently and I'm not doing anything shady.
