Overqualified for one and the other I dropped the ball on. My current one buried me in projects and a weekend project and the deadline lapsed on the hiring.
There were more complications like the fact that they wanted me to set up a website With their shit and debug, test, and fix their code and I couldn't even get their data to work with their install so I was at a loss.

I guess that means I have to work on my site hosting skills I guess.

Well damn..that sucks. Over qualified..that is such bullshit most of the time. It should be a good thing, but I guess employers look at like you won't be there long if sumthin better comes up. But shit, that is a possibility regardless.
