We're talkin farmers markets in Fla..aint no health dept checks usually, except the established ones. but these things pop up all over the place for short periods of time.

I'm sure I don't want to see the kitchen of some of the places I eat. But several festivals happen in town a block from where I work. The health department is also a block away. They at least do a good job of checking to make sure food is at the right temp for the places that don't have a food cart or truck.
