There is a texting with driving law here, so people still do it, and trying to hide it is even more dangerous. It's becoming a big thing because companies want to use instant management for their employees, but want none of the liability for it's use.

How many people could just not take a call or text from their boss and wait to pull over to respond? How would that go over?

I haven't noticed any billboards, nor do i think there is a ban on that. I do hear on the radio in the car, and tv to text etc etc to blah blah blah so i don't think so.
