            No it doesn't. Are U stoopid? Each floor is built to sustain it's OWN weight, not every floor above it.

                  No it isn't. Whether it is a 10 story building, or a 110 story building, floor 1 is NOT built to be able to sustain the total weight of all floors above it. The I beams are of the same type and size on each floor, each independent of each other for the most part.

                    Maybe I missed something but the support of a building is on the outside beams.

                      that makes 0.0 sense and doesn't explain why the building had huge footings that ran deep into the ground... if that was true you wouldn't need those supports

                          Not neccesarily, depends on the size of the building. Typically the interior central vertical beams provide stability as well as all vertical beams. Each floors horizontal beams attach to these and provide the support for that floors concrete, etc, not the floors above it.
