Fuckin big scam with some of these tow truck dudes and cities/parking lot places. Especially like downtown Tampa. They'll either boot ur vehicle or Tow it in a heartbeat.

The apartment complex I lived at in college put a boot on my buddy's pickup one time. Too bad they forgot to cover the lugs. He put the spare on and drove around with the booted wheel in the bed for about a month and a half.
