From the response I got, it seems likely they don't know about the whole commercial cutting in problem or haven't heard much about it. It's funny to listen to 25 try and make excuses or blame it on mobile listening. "It's the internet" is not a good excuse when plenty of services can keep a stream going with no pausing or commercial misfires.

I tried to be patient, longer than most, but it's been a fucking year and a month. This is no longer excusable.
