right now there's a case going on about a guy who was allegedly high driving a public transportation vehicle... he crashed into a crane truck.

now they found pot in his locker or something and now the city is being sued for not preventing him from driving while high


HOW the hell would they be able to test for that? Drug tests for marijuana aren't conclusive for "right now"
