They have been trying to push shit like this through for a few yrs, under different names and supposed issues, like bandwidth management for ISP's (which would have given the gov access to ISP's logs for users), and a few other ones.

DNS Sec is actually a great thing. It will eliminate all these ghost DNS servers redirecting people to fake sites, etc.
