Yesterday he was so looking forward to talking to Kelly Kelly. I wonder what happened?

I see he was going to war again last night with Ralphie May. That is one Bubba is going to lose. He served Ralphie papers yesterday for using his audio without permission. (But yet Bubba runs all kinds of news feeds and TV shows every day without permission and thats OK to Bubba.) Ralphies use of Bubbas audio falls well into the Fair Use laws.

I hope it goes to court and Ralphie get Bubba on the stand and asks him under oath if he called 25 cent the N word. If Bubba lies and says no they have the audio and he will be lying under oath, and if he says yes that will probably mark the end of his radio career for awhile.

Its probably BEST for Bubba to drop the entire thing and never talk about it again before it really comes to bite him in the ass.

I find it amusing all of the sudden people are taking an issue with his use of the word. Not talking about Ralphie May, but listeners with a chip on their shoulder. I mean, it's not like he hasn't said it before. Hell just take the Biggie intro alone. If Bubba offends people delicate sensibilities, why the hell have they continued to listen? And why should he be held responsible by advertisers of his FM show for what he says on his uncensored show?
