Well, lots of gas, neuro toxins, and other chemicals to basically reduce people to very sickly population or die. Very much so happened.

Mustard gas, sarin to name a couple.

I'm just saying that I know the zombie shit is big in pop culture these days, to the point that the zombie apocalypse thing has been beat to death, but people suffering similar effects is not completely out of the realm of possibility.

Does anyone know what World War II experiment rumors I was thinking of, about creating something similar to a zombie virus? Does what I'm remembering have any basis in reality? Hard to tell these days.

they invented heroin, lsd, amphetamines.... all kinds of crazy shit.

all in an attempt to create better soldiers...

they found the amphetamines made them able to work harder, be less afraid in some cases, feel less pain... the heroin was found to be good to give to prisoners in attempts to develope a truth syrum... I think lsd was along the same lines but it wasn't effective.
