I did my part and voted, too bad many others didn't. Some precincts in this area only had like 600 total votes!
Thats a good point. I really didn't follow the campaign outside of the show so I don't know what kind of ads or radio spots that he did.

      • My first act as consul would be to appoint liberty prime to my sub consul. In the event that I should fall, his cold logic and problem solving skills would be what is needed.

I didn't see much of anything from anyone really. Had the guy from my precincts kid come around delivering a handout and some mailers. Never saw or heard anything about Brent on our local news station, but I honestly don't watch it much.

He actually did something about it instead of just sitting around and bitching. That's a good thing.

                  • Btw, did someone yesterday say that they wouldn't be surprised given how the Casey Anthony jury did?

Man, what a fucking sage that guy was.

Makes me reconsider my master plan to move to FL. But I can't deny milk the joy of one more New Yorker heading down there.

                        • Yeah I give him props for running but I wouldn't of voted for him for a bunch of reasons.

What's going to be interesting is the wakeup call for bubba on what his home market impact really is.

Incumbent Steve Kornell handily leads District 5, 76 percent-23 percent, though he does not have a competitor.

Incumbent Bill Dudley leads District 3 against challenger Brent Hatley, 69 percent-30 percent. Votes are 13,733 to 6,103

In District 7, incumbent Wengay Newton leads 66 percent-33 percent againt challenger Gershom Faulkner. Votes are 13,356-6,794 for a total of 20,150 votes

Gerdes has 11,302 and Kersteen 9,018 in District 1 for 20,320 votes.
He did the worst out of the running candidates.
