It's a rib and Bubba needs to man up and stop fixating on it. You either need to have the proper connections, or be a Twitter sponsored account and be doing some promotional shit through them. It's technically a beta test that's never leaving beta because there's no way to apply for verification and they're in no rush to open it to the public.
