There's a bill coming up that will allow for Americans to be prosecuted if they break federal laws outside of us jurisdiction. Like if you smoke weed in Amsterdam and come home and they can prove you possessed marijuana they can prosecute you for it.I give my vcash to Nigerian princes.Comment
