what was the deal with the guys talking about the Beatles' rider the other day? I have a feeling they were way wrong in their interpretation of it. the part of not performing "in front of a segregated audience"....that just reads to me they wanted everyone to be intermingled, not that no black people were allowed...right?

I took it the same way - of the crowd was segregated ie: blacks in the back whites up front in a separate area, they wouldn't play...
