Biggest mistake was not saving the asshole expansion for the launch week of the free service. Or a good thing depending on your perspective.

Biggest mistake was making all the "exclusive" live content we pre-paid for free, then "giving" us pre-recorded bits instead and expecting us to be happy about it.

That is a stoopid analogy, but coming from someone with no kids or step-kids it may make sense to you. Regardless if the other parent pays support or not, in most cases you still pay money to support step kids, trust me.
