So here's Bubba's excuse for today! I don't buy it! Unless there is a court date and time, there is nothing that can't wait until 10 AM, especially meeting with atty IMO!

Yeah, been in that boat before too. It's all fine and dandy to work from home when it benefits them, but when it helps out the employee some, they can't be trusted to do what they are supposed to do. in a lot of cases that is true, but it should be determined on an individual basis, not as a policy!
