Told him we need to do it now or wait until 'til December because of work stuff. The surgeon was OK with waiting.

How long you gonna have to miss work? Tie it right in through Christmas and New Year..so you are in drinking condition for the holidays!

I would have it like 1 week and a half before our plant shutdown and have like 3 weeks off instead of 2!
