Yeah, I'm seeing more and more of that too. Most of the guys I'm networked with have either been forced to consider, or have taken, contract positions. Some of them are pretty good, with $$$ that makes up for the lack of benefits, but I'm not ready to make that jump just yet.

I can't believe that Bubba wouldn't want to virtually GIVE away the show to markets across the country at this point, just to get the exposure and promote radioio.com. Lots of these "nationally-syndicated" guys do it.
