Radioio reporting an increase in revenue for q2 2011 but still operating at a loss.

And no sj, he's pretty much cool guying it while spice got livid.

It means every EE who paid $300 will be just like a monthly subscriber over the 3 yr period. Just accounting tricks.

So basically bean is telling us that radioio is growing and they are almost to profitability (200k)

Pro rated and distributed means instead of reporting the total amount earned from ee is divided evenly over the quarters for the 3 years the program is alotted for.
Basically, all the income from ee wasn't reported financially all at once, so rather than have a huge q1 filing it will be applied evenly from q1 2011 to q1 2014.

Not really a trick, it's how you are supposed to report those kind of investments that are for a service/item over a period of time. That's what the general accepted accounting principals (GAAP) say to do for these types of income.
