I agree. Everyone needs a vice AFTER a long day of work. I wish they would have a test to see if you're high NOW, not within the last 30 days.
They can pretty much do that, but it requires blood analysis testing which is expensive. Much easier for them to just say take a piss test and boom, if you have anything in your system, guilty.
Just like with workers comp. Say I had something happen and went and took a piss test it would come back for opiates. Prolly get fired even though I wasn't on them at the time.
I asked Hayslett about this for driving and that is where I heard about the blood test deal.

Good point. Some opiates are legal with prescription. They stay in your system for a week.
So are school athletics. Think it was a couple of LSU players that got suspended for a few weeks testing positive for that, even though it was still legal in La.
