Well Paulson wasn't one that got an appointment, but if you can blame tarp on anyone, it's him. I don't know what would have happened if the banks failed. But I can say that I may be more open to that idea now that we know the results of bailing them out.
Im pissed that there was no increased regulation on the banks, and now that the 2010 elections happened we will never see the needed regulations in place.
