sadly true.. they've come down in the last 2 years though. Then again so have other laptops - but try finding a laptop with 4 usb ports on it now - they want 1,000 or higher for any serious laptop and that's a fucking rip off considering you can buy the EXACT same computer minus some peripherals for 400 Less
