When I originally got it it was 30. Then I refi'd for 20, then refi'd again for 15 like a yr later, which I thought I did 10. Fuck!

But lookin at it, I owe $52k, but if I pay the entire 7 yrs will be about $100k. Thinkin about cashin me 401k in and just pay off. Got to figure how much of a hit it would be to take out 401 k compared to the additional $40g in interest. I'm thinking if i could take what I pay for mtg and put back in 401k every month, would prolly be better. i'm lookin into this shit!
