Afternoon everybody, interesting news about Miller huh? It got me thinking, why do you think he really wants to leave? I mean with his two IO shows doing well, the new studio on the way. It would seem that things are looking bright at the BRN and he's gonna leave on a gamble to do freelance video editing? Questionable job decision to say the least. I'm guessing it's not quite the dream job everyone on the outside thinks it is. Jabberjaw left like the place was on fire (twice). Definitely a head scratcher to say the least...

Sup Cpt. ... Who knows but if you been a fan of the show for a while ,which i think you have been ,leaving is the only way to make your own mark. I mean if
not , anything you do will have the "Bubba" tag on it in one way or another .Take the replay from this weekend with 25 doing porn,it went from him doing a deal with the "blue" guy to Bubbas black on blonds for $100.00 a pop.
Which is imo why "mad monkey" is going nowhere fast. If Miller wants his own name and time to do it he's got to go . imo

Hey Spaz, That is a good point, but who has been "successful" so to speak since leaving the show. I admire his willingness to leave a sure thing, but in this economy it's a huge gamble. Either way, I wish him the best and hope he does well on his future endeavours. Him leaving has got to hurt the BRN, they were short staffed as it is, now they lose another piece of the puzzle.

Hey Spaz, That is a good point, but who has been "successful" so to speak since leaving the show.

Cowhead maybe,although he was fired i guess . And i think the show on the IO format has bigger issues than a video guy,cause Miller said they don't get paid extra for the DD or Local 488 .I don't know, i like Miller ,hope he does well also .

Yeah Cowhead is a minor success. He toiled away at bullshit station after bullshit station until getting on 102.5 (which I think bubba had a hand in bringing him on I think, but don't quote me on that). I knew that the IO shows were non-paid, it is more of an exposure/gain experience kind of deal. Either way, good luck to Miller, I'm sure he'll do fine editing gay porn and the like.

Yeah for the most part the FM show was just more of the OrlandoCletus bullshit. The IO show was kinda dull as well except for when Miller gave his two weeks notice.
