How could they be in debt? They have no expenses but to pay themselves.

I wasn't saying they were in debt, I was just wondering if they were, just out of curiosity. From the money trail that leads back to them they're apparently not, but you never know, maybe one of their workers might be facing a foreclosure? I'm not wishing any of this happening, just guessing.
