hey guys, didnt 5 guys and in and out do for hamburgers what starbucks do for coffee?

like make a simple hamburger/cup of coffee grossly overpriced?

Well, Five Guys uses fresh (not frozen) beef and potatoes, and pretty much wins most taste tests they're in. They also have more toppings than most places. I don't eat much junk food, but them and Chik-Fil-A are at the top of my junk food list.

I've never tried any of those places, not that i wouldn't, I eat most every food out there.

I'm sure it's tasty. The only 'gourmet' burgers I've had is Red Robin. It's a hamburger.

Growing up in Cali, I don't remember In and Out being that expensive compared to others. 5 guys on the other hand, outrageous. Wife went there once for us, it was like $25 for 3 people, just for burger, fries and a fuckin drink. Aint been back since. it was good, but me burgers on the grill are better IMO!

Only had RR once, in the springs, Milk's old grounds.. Was starving after a field trial, It was good..

yeah RR was good, use to go there quite a bit back in the day! For more than just burgers though. They had good food all around.
