Shit... I bought my house through a short sale... the land lord I was renting this house from went into foreclosure so we asked if he would short sale it... got me a house but fuckn asphalt took a shit... barely hanging onto it right now... the housing market crashing fucked asphalt up

The housing market was etup to crash hard when Clinton was in office with all his EO buying policies allowing anyone to get a home regardless if they could afford it! just takes that long for the issues to service!

My home was worth almost $300k at one point because of the buying boom srtup by this! Total bullshit of course! Another Clinton/Gore bubble burst IMO!

You can't fix an unfix-able problem. Can you save a house that is completely burned down? Nope. You have to rebuild. That takes a lot of effort between Congress and the President that hasn't happened. Instead, we bailed out the banks, fucked the citizens, and we continue to cow-tow to Corporations.
