                          Exactly, the government has decided it has no say in that kind of regulation. But realistically, very little changes, because the retailers continue to have their own policies in place to protect their asses.

                                The law saying no such packaging saying "18+" is required is irrelevant anyway since every publisher puts an ESRB rating on the package or the game doesn't get sold.
