Yeah. I know the feeling. Companies (including my own) are wanting 100% matches to the positions. What really sucks is me and the GF want to move in together and it's more logical for me to move. I can't find a job for anything.

I hear 'ya. I got turned down for a job opportunity the other day in four minutes, a job that I basically do today. The recruiter said, "no college degree knocks you out immediately". I replied to him, thanked him for getting back to me so quickly, and mentioned that any company that would value a 30 year-old college degree in computer science over 30 years of staying up-to-date via experience is not a company I'd want to work for anyway.
