I don't agree, posted my thoughts earlier. Cliff Notes version: Bubba banned American Racer from his park, Alan threatened to pull drivers tire deals if they race at Bubba's track. Both totally legit things to do, but both have consequences.

Bubba BETTER watch himself. He's metaphorically tossed a grenade into the pit that is the racing gig in Florida by offering more $$$ and banning American Racer tires from his track. He's pissed a lot of armed rednecks off, messing with their livings and with the power structure down there. These guys are perfectly capable of "rooning" Bubba's investment.

Spaz was telling me about a friend of his that bought a motocross track and fixed it up, paid better than the other guys, and he found himself just as hated as Bubba is now. These people are as shady as indy wrestling promoters.
