How about the guy who the cops in cali stood and let drown because of some policy they had there .....they wouldn't let no one out to help him.....in his case he wanted to die but the result and action would have been the same no matter who it was ....i think everyone who stood there doing nothing as a first responder is guilty of killing him imo
