It was...St Pete built the Trop 10 yrs or so before we even had a chance for B Ball!! in fact, the Lightening used it for their first 2 seasons or so before the Forum was built in Tampa. it would get so cold in there that the stirs would freeze over and people would slip and bust their asses!! highlarious shit watchin that!!
