Savage also said Howard should be locked up for taking advantage of the mentally handicapped. Also I believe he requested to be taken off satellite radio due to the explicit content on it.

I was referring to the ellis deal, i haven't heard the ratings deal yet. I don't get up for howard anymore and sleep in a little and listen to stern on the west feed before Bubba.

Why? No one is "replacing" Howard. Why not give the guy some support.

Let's face it, Sirius XM doesn't care enough about Bubba to have made a timeslot change to accommodate him doing an exclusive show for them. Nor do they care enough to air the FM show live. Bubba is not taking Howard's place as a headline guy. That has everything to do with how the company views him and his show. Nor is anyone poised as a replacement.

I enjoy the show, but am not at all optimistic about it's future on Sirius. Sorry to be the pessimist raining on everyone's parade. It's a tape delayed FM show to shut some fans up and cheaply fill four hours. That's how they see the show, not as a headline show who's audience is highly valued by the company.

I don't know Chob!! I think they realized after the fact how they, (they being Sirius upper echelon), fucked up by not signing Bubba exclusively. They wouldn't have his replay on for any other reason IMO.

What other testcile show do they replay everyday for 4 hrs? They realized the effect of the Bubba Army too late IMO!!

But we will see I guess.

They play plenty of FM/AM content on Sirius.

And Bubba is an afterthought to Howard except the occasional reminder to the audience to listen. He doesn't even listen. I think Artie is the only one that legitimately listens. And even tries to call in.

And Scott Greenstein is a disingenuous talking head that doesn't value the show any more than he used to. No one at that company seems to learn from their mistakes.

Hope ur not right, but very well could be. IMO Bubba is the only one that can carry Sirius if and when Howard bails.

I agree... I thought his rant was not only on point and valid but really funny... lol. Butler, I love anytime Ben and/or Rae Stern call in... almost as much as I love Howard's impersonations of both.
