Not sure, but it's been a hell of a lot faster lately since the studio crew does it now. Just keep checking throughout the day I guess.

Going by what Spice said about changing their methods of doing things by uploading them from the studio, I'm going to assume it was done by io tech. They probably captured the show at radioIO and it was their crew that was responsible for putting it up on their site. But if the file they got was corrupted or incomplete then it could delay the process until they got it from the BRN so this way is a lot more efficient.
