Have to do re-cert for me job..took it last week and failed by 1 maybe 2 questions..bastards!! Cisco CCIE..pain in the ass. Taking again tomorrow.

Yep!! Have to re-cert every 2-3 yrs. To get it have to pass the same written for re-cert, then a one day lab of really fucked up network configurations. At the time I got it was $1200 for the lab. Which took 3 times to pass.

But it pays well, and as long as networking is around, I will always be able to get a good yob!!
