No, he needs to hire guys who know what the fuck they're doing in there and pay them accordingly. He has guys who know just barely enough to get by and he pays them minimum wage and we get what we get. Pretty simple actually, but Bubba is a cheap fuck who refuses to do things the right way. Perfect example is that creepy Al guy. He knows what he's doing, but he's a drama queen bitch and he's definitely on the not to be trusted list but Bubba will deal with him because he works for free. See the problem?

THIS. I do IT for work and could easily handle their websites, IO and typical everyday IT fixes. But we are taking about an upper-median 5-figure salary, which Bubba would never, ever pay.

I have this thought during almost EVERY show! I feel exactly the same. For example, the shows being posted to Bubba Army Radio. I can grab stream capture, have the commercials cut and posted no later that 10:15 every morning (if I wanted to). Shows generally dont get posted until 3-4 hours later AT BEST!
