                      He's feeling pretty sassy about this upcoming Neilsen trial. It's easy to see why/how he won his first three jury trials, but this time is different though. I honestly don't see him winning this one.

                            I agree that Bubbs' legal luck has run out. He's definitely guilty of the basic accusation: he paid a panel member to report favorable listening data -- he cooked the books.

                            Neilsen gonna get payyyyyyed.

                            Frankly, I don't see how Bubbs can afford the legal expenses for the current case. Or the last Schnitt case. I gather he gets comped for some of the costs since he has strategically made friends with some fine lawyers.

                            But even if he beats the rap he will be broke.

                              My only hope at this point is that we get to see this case televised. Some of his all time best content has come from these trials.
