I'll never agree with Hayslett on this one. The girl was under arrest and tried to flee. She got tazed while running away handcuffed and pie faced herself and subsequently died. Everyone cuts their own deal brother, it's a shame the state had to settle this one.

Another thing I'll never agree with Kevin on. If your license is permanently revoked, it's for a good reason. I like Kevin as a person, he's a great guy, but our legal philosophies on these two subjects are polar opposites.

It's not the cop's job to "hawk her down", what would have happened if he ran her down, tackled her and hurt her real bad and maybe even killed her? Then all the Monday morning quarterbacking comes in and all hell breaks loose. Also not to mention the cop could have been seriously injured tackling her as well.
