What I can't stand are the stupid fucking theories that this is some master plan by Bubba and Hogan where they released the tape to cash out in a lawsuit. So Bubba comes out humiliated and Hogan loses the Tough Enough gig because he says racist shit on tape. Assuming that both suits were gonna go their way. Assuming Burton and crew were gonna sell it once they got a hold of it.

It's either the greatest or dumbest plan in history.

That's what I've always said from the beginning. It starts and stops with him, and to me at least nothing else matters after that fact. If you do something illegal (allegedly) and then more illegal stuff happens because of said first illegal act that is on the original perpetrator IMO.

No new news to report unfortunately. I listened to Calta while Bubba was on vacation and someone called in and asked about the case and he said he would be "fully exonerated" for what that's worth.
