Downsize would be my guess. Even if he owes nothing, his property taxes are over 20k/year, plus look at that place, could you imagine what the upkeep costs are? I believe he said he paid 1m for it back in the day, so if he does get full offer price he's sitting pretty. He said he wants to buy land either up by Manson in Pasco or near BRP in Ocala.

Well, this sucks. Sounds like it's 0-3 good shows this week. Yesterday was as low as it gets and all that was happening was Manson and Trace laughing at EVERYTHING yesterday and there was nothing funny going on.
