Seems like the expected Saturday launch isn't going so good. The site is slowed down and they are experienced login issues. I am sure this will be corrected by the end of the weekend.

I think they've done fairly well up until Tuesday. But this update failure is absurd for a company that's been doing this for decade. They're making Bubba look bad and themselves look like an amateur operation. I'm sure they'll get it to work soon, but this is only serving to put off listeners that are already skeptical of the service.
And who takes the brunt of the listeners wrath for this fuck up? Bubba and Spice. Two guys that have nothing to do with the technical aspects of getting the service working. I have had a good experience with radioIO customer service and it's obvious they care about their subs so I really can't say anything bad about them. There's good people working there, they just need to get all the bugs worked out.Comment

I was one of the skeptical ones. I lobbied hard for the trey, but opted to get the 12.99 service. I cancelled Sirius and Gamefly this week, signed up for RadioIO last night. Now this morning I can't log in. If they put the stuff all on Bubba 1 and extend the free months as they are already doing, I'm not going to freak out. I guess I'm just being punished for being a prick.Comment

They updated the desktop app to v1.97 which has Bubba Two. You have to download it and tell it to replace the version you currently have running, which is probably v1.96. Unfortunately, I get dead silence right now.
